Drip holes in rain pipe are made with nano punching technology to ensure uniform flow of water every side. Our machine comes in both single layer and multilayer variants. The machine is multipurpose and can also be used to produce low thickness delivery HDPE Pipe & LLDPE lay flat Delivery Hose Pipe.

Our composite pipes are made from 5 layers with an aluminum core with polymer bonding and layers of PE/PPR, giving a product that is consistent with excellent oxygen barriers and over 50 years of service life even under high temperature and pressure.

We manufacture ultrasonic welding using precision CNC-Iaser cut forming molds and optimal die heads. Plus, every stage of production includes quality checks for continuous high-quality aluminum seam welding.

Our composite pipe lines operate with a production capacity of between 120-150 kg/hr of high-quality composite pipes. This is ideal for making small-medium-sized diameters of pipe (½” to 2″).
