PIPE COILER
We manufacture both automatic and semi-automatic type coilers to suit your requirement of winding soft and semi-rigid tubes and pipes ranging from 12 mm to 110 mm which are available in different models.
The semi-automatic coiler unit is equipped with proper clutch control, AC VFD Control, torque control, electronic length counter meter suitable to coil HDPE Pipe, MDPE Gas Pipe, PLB (Pre-lubricated) Telecom Ducts size ranging from 40 mm to 110 mm.
The automatic (Pneumatic) coiler is equipped with Pneumatic collapsible arm with PLC/HMI control suitable for LLDPE, HDPE, PPR & MDPE pipe winding with digital pitch control through smart intelligence torque drive for smart winding of tube/pipe Dia ranging from 20 mm to 63 mm and 32 mm to 110 mm.
