About the Role:
We are hiring a Production Supervisor to oversee daily operations on the manufacturing floor. This role requires strong leadership to ensure machines, manpower, and processes run smoothly, maintaining high-quality production standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily production activities.
- Monitor machine operations, safety protocols, and workflow efficiency.
- Ensure production targets and quality standards are met.
- Train and guide operators, technicians, and junior staff.
- Maintain production reports and coordinate with other departments.
- Troubleshoot operational problems and implement improvements.
Qualifications:
- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in production supervision.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and safety regulations.
- Ability to lead teams and resolve conflicts.
- Good organizational and reporting skills.
